Honey

The bees have been busy in Darlinghurst and it’s time to rob.

I get around two full boxes of honey – about 60kg, and I’m not prepared for how heavy that is.  At first I think the box is stuck then I realise I just need to lift harder.

The frames go into plastic boxes and I head off the the Illawarra branch of the ABA where I am a member, to extract.
